Covid-19 Information

After gaining clarification from Public Health England (www.gov.uk), they have confirmed that Mid Cheshire Window Cleaning and the rest of the cleaning industry play a vital role in combating the current Coronavirus pandemic.

We continue to serve both our domestic and commercial customers – ensuring that we keep our distance and continue to use a no-contact policy.

The safety of our customers and employees remain the utmost important to us and we have extensive measures in place to adhere to the social distancing rules put in place by the Government.

Domestic Customers

• Customers will be notified when we are due to carry out the clean by a text or phone call.
• No member of staff will knock for any reason at all.
• All customers will be sent a text or phone call confirming the clean was carried out.

Commercial Customers

• Clients will be notified, as previously, of our intention to carry out the clean.
• No members of staff will be entering any premises where other people are present.

Staff are diligently cleaning their hands throughout the day and carry water, detergents and sanitisers.
